Tam, President of the Nationalist Government made a report at the 3rd Representative Conference at Kiangsi of the work done by the Nationalist Government in the year past. We now publish it below:
"Gentlemen of the Deputation and Comrades'
I am very glad at the request of you, my Comrades, now present at this 3rd Kiangsi Representatives Conference to make a report of the work done by the Nationalist
Government during the year past.

In the first place, you, Gentlemen, should know that the organisation of the Nationalist Government was established under the aegis of the Kuomintang, and for the present the Nationalist Government is a kind of transition- al organisation by which the Kuomintang rules the community The Nationalist Government was established in the year before last. When our Generalissimo (Sun Man) was alive, he had his Headquarters which were purely of a military nature. When the Generalissimo went to the North, only his Chief of staff was left (to take charge of all affairs After the death of the Generalissimo, in view of the trouble caused by the reactionaries, our comrades saw the need of organising a Nationalist Government on the representative system to deal with political affairs.
